Your Instructor
Hi everyone,
My name is Arrow (that's my real name, I promise *wink wink*)
I started Shotokan Karate in January of 2005.
Since then I have reached the rank of Sandan, third degree black belt, with the ISKF, the International Shotokan Karate Federation.
In 2012, I competed at the ISKF ShotoCup, which is the World Championships of the association. I won BRONZE in Kumite (sparring - the other event would be kata)
Then, from 2013 to 2018 inclusively, I won GOLD at the ISKF Canadian Nationals in Kumite.
In 2014 and 2017, I also won BRONZE in Kata.
In 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2018, I won the national Male Grand Champion title. That means that I won the most gold medals among the adult black belts of that tournament.
In 2016, I competed once again at the ISKF ShotoCup, and won BRONZE for a second time in Kumite.
Finally, in 2018, I competed in the ISKF Pan American championship and won the GOLD medal in Kumite.
What I am offering you here, are Karate lessons that are straight yo the point, condensed in very short videos so that you can watch them on the fly.
In addition, I give you drills specially tailored to be practiced in your home. I should know, I am demonstrating them from my own apartment!
With these, my wish is that you continue your practice of Karate despite of your busy life style, lack of money, or in convenient location (too far from a dojo)
Bu that's not all. You can ALWAYS contact me with questions. Send me short videos of you executing your techniques and I'll gladly reply and help you improve
With that said, I want to welcome you to my school with one of my favourite quotes.
Ja ne,
Arrow
